By using www.vookmail.com or the VookMail apps (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

VookMail provides free, disposable email addresses that receive messages for a limited time. Messages and attachments are deleted automatically. Addresses are not private accounts: anyone who knows or guesses an address may be able to view its inbox.

2. Acceptable use

You may use VookMail to protect your privacy, avoid spam, test software and sign up for services that do not need your permanent email.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

• commit fraud, phishing, identity theft or any illegal activity;
• harass, threaten or abuse others;
• create accounts in order to break another website's terms, abuse promotions or evade bans;
• receive or distribute malware or unlawful content;
• overload, scrape or attack the Service or its infrastructure.

We may block domains, addresses or access that we believe are being abused.

4. Do not use VookMail for important accounts

Because inboxes are temporary and public by nature, never use a VookMail address for banking, government services, primary social media accounts or anything you may need to recover later.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that every email will be delivered, that a domain will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some websites block disposable domains.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VookMail is not liable for any loss of data, lost access to third-party accounts, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Third-party content and ads

Emails you receive and advertisements we display come from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The VookMail name, logo, design and content are protected. You may not copy or resell the Service without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
